You will often find people telling you switch insurance every year or two to get lower rates and honestly I couldn't fathom having an agent other than Mr Roberts. "My partner and I have had State Farm for years, ever since we got our first car. We also have renter's insurance, and are in the process of getting a quote for pet insurance. They've always had excellent prices, and they were a blessing when I got into an accident in January. Every year, Terence sends us holiday and birthday cards, on top of giving us a call just to see how we're doing. Him and the staff - shoutout to Ken, who is phenomenal - are always so lovely, there's literally never been an issue, and it's the little things that set them apart from the rest. We always recommend to anyone that they make a switch to State Farm, and if they're local, we give them Terence's number. As long as Terence is in business, we wouldn't dream of dealing with anyone else. Where I work, we always say "People don't do business with a company, people do business with people, and that's what customer service is all about." Terence and State Farm are the perfect example of that. If you're with another insurance company right now and you're on the fence about switching, choose State Farm."

"I’ve been with Terrance at State Farm for years. An agent that knows you by your first name and knows your kids. You can’t buy personal relationships. I recently had a claim for my sewer line. Roots had grown into it and a section had to excavated and replaced. My total bill was 3500. But my out of pocket deductible was only 500. My service line insurance policy is now paid for itself for the next 15 years! The claim was smooth and easy and the payment was timely. I’m glad I added this to my policy."
